Therapy Modalities Offered
In addition to traditional talk therapy. I offer the below therapy modalities. If you have any questions at all please feel free to reach out.
-
CRAFT (Community Reinforcement and Family Training) is a supportive, evidence-based approach that helps loved ones navigate the challenges of someone else’s substance use without blame, confrontation, or ultimatums. Instead, it focuses on connection, compassion, and practical tools that actually work in maintaining and relationship and better supporting your loved ones.
Through CRAFT, family members learn how to communicate more effectively, set healthy boundaries, and respond to difficult moments in ways that reduce conflict and increase understanding. It also offers gentle, non-pressuring ways to encourage a loved one to consider treatment when they’re ready.
At its heart, CRAFT recognizes how deeply relationships matter. By shifting patterns and creating more supportive dynamics, loved ones can learn to play an important role in change, while also feeling more empowered, less overwhelmed, and better cared for themselves. CRAFT is a skills based therapy and is typically completed after 12 sessions.
-
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a collaborative, evidence-based approach that combines the therapeutic benefits of ketamine with ongoing, supportive psychotherapy. It can help create space for new perspectives, emotional processing, and meaningful shifts, especially for those who may feel stuck in traditional talk therapy.
In my practice, I partner with Journey Clinical to support this work. Their medical team handles prescribing and monitoring, while I provide psychotherapy before, during, and after sessions to help you integrate your experience in a safe and grounded way.
Research has shown ketamine to be effective in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma-related distress, often more rapidly than traditional treatments for some individuals. While it’s not a magic fix, when combined with therapy, it can be a powerful tool for deepening insight, reconnecting with yourself, and supporting lasting change.
At its core, KAP is about creating a safe, supported space where healing can unfold at your own pace with care, intention, and curiosity.

Substance use therapy is a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore your relationship with substances, wherever you are in the process. Whether you’re questioning your use, wanting to cut back, working toward sobriety, or navigating a return to use, we move at your pace and focus on what feels meaningful to you.
Together, we look at the underlying factors that contribute to substance use, such as stress, trauma, relationships, and emotional pain, while building tools for coping, regulation, and self-understanding. This work isn’t about shame or rigid rules, but about curiosity, compassion, and creating lasting change that feels sustainable in your life.
I also support loved ones impacted by someone else’s substance use, drawing from approaches like CRAFT to help improve communication, set boundaries, and feel more grounded in the relationship.
At its core, substance use therapy is about meeting you where you are, honoring your goals, and supporting you in building a life that feels more stable, connected, and aligned.
